Terrie
is a transplanted Tennessean from Texas. She grew up in Jasper and lived in
Waco
several years before making the big move to
Nashvegas. Singing came to her at a very young age, but she didn't start playing
guitar until after winning second place in a talent contest in college and
getting one at a local music store. She graduated from McLennan
Community College with honors with an Associate Degree in Business and
another Associate Degree in Commercial Music - Performance.
She
started writing more seriously after moving to Nashville
in 1999 and has been playing
local writer’s nights for the last 4 years. In the process, she has been
fortunate to have made some great (and talented) friends and wonderful
co-writers. Currently, she is working on finishing up her first CD project
titled “Until Next Time” and is continuing to play around town.
